Location information
Our ordering services may collect the location of your device in order to show you the nearest branch, confirm that you are inside a delivery zone, and calculate delivery fees.
You can turn location sharing off in your device settings at any time. Some features, such as automatic address detection, will not work without it.

Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them without the consent of a parent or guardian.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message, or by contacting us.
We will still send you messages about your orders and your account — these are part of the service and are not marketing.
Accessing, correcting, and deleting your information
You can review and update your account details and saved addresses from your profile at any time. You may also ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, or delete it.
We may need to verify your identity first, and we may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep you signed in, remember the contents of your cart, remember your branch and language, and understand how our website is used.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the site — including checkout — may not work properly.
Advertising
We may work with advertising partners who show you our offers on other websites and social platforms based on your interests. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your device or ad settings; you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.
Links to other websites
Our website and social pages may link to sites we do not control. This policy does not cover them, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing information with them.
Information security
We take appropriate technical, administrative, and physical measures designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, and for as long as the law requires us to keep it — for example, tax and accounting records.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date shown above. Please check back from time to time.
