Deleting your data

Send an email to privacy@trust-orders.com with the subject "Delete my data".

So we can find your records and be sure the request is really yours, please send it from the email address on your account and include:

• The full name on the account
• The mobile number used for orders
• The email address registered on the account
• Whether you want everything deleted, or only your marketing preferences

Once we have confirmed the request is yours, we delete or irreversibly anonymise:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your saved delivery addresses
• Your saved preferences and marketing consents
• The link between your orders and your identity

Egyptian tax and commercial law requires us to retain records of completed sales, so we keep the transaction record of past orders — the items, amounts, and dates — for the period the law sets.

These records are kept without the details that identify you, and are not used to contact you or for marketing.

We acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days. If we need more time, or need something more from you to verify the request, we will tell you why.

We will email you to confirm once the deletion is done.

Deleting your Trust Store account removes the information we received from Facebook when you signed in.

That is separate from your Facebook account itself. To remove our app's access on Facebook's side, go to Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites on Facebook, and remove Trust Store.

Deletion cannot be undone. Once your account is gone you will lose your order history, saved addresses, and any loyalty progress or unused rewards, and you would need to start a new account to order again.

If you have a question about a request, or about how we handle your information generally, email privacy@trust-orders.com or see our Privacy Policy.
